I recently received an email that has attachments of Sabah town old photos, and I found it incredibly interesting.

Growing up as a Sabah past 3 decades, I never had the chance to witness the growth and development of Sabah, especially the fast growing cities.

I’ve only heard how pretty is Sabah before it was developed into a full-fledge town, which also turned into bandaraya during February 2002.

Gosh, how much have changed past 50 years!

From a little wooden hut, slowly turned into a brick building, then into a modern sky scraper infrastructure.

I believe many of us haven’t seen these old photos.

(Maybe you’ll spot your parent/grandparent in the photos too, lol)

Share these photos to your friends and ask them what they think. Sometimes, we keep moving forward, but forgot to turn back and see where we are from. It’s always good to slow down and ponder, instead of blindly moving forward.
